The Belgium Embassy/Consulates of Belgium in U.K are the sole representatives of Belgium that provide Belgium Visa to U.K citizens or residents.
The Visa Application Centre does not prepare Visa Applications. It only accepts & evaluates the submitted Applications as per the to the norms/regulations of the Embassy/ Consulate.

The Belgium Embassy/Consulates of Belgium in U.K grant Belgium Visa  & Schengen Visa that allows the holder to visit any of the 26 Schengen States of the Schengen Zone.
If you are visiting a single Schengen country like Belgium, then you need to apply for Visa at that country’s Embassy/Consulate (Belgium Consulate/Embassy in this case).
If you plan to visit more than one Schengen Country, then you need to apply for Visa at that country’s Embassy/Consulate in which you will stay for the longest duration. If you are planning to visit several Schengen countries & no significant destination is defined, then apply for Visa at that country’s Embassy which is your first point of travel destination.

Visa fees are non-refundable; hence it will not be refunded if the Visa Application is rejected by the Embassy/Consulate.
You will receive an Application Refusal Letter from the Embassy/Consulatestating the reasons forrejection.
A person can re-apply for Belgium Visa if his/her Visa Application has been rejected by the Embassy. The time-period of the gap to be observed before making a fresh application is not specified.But,the applicant must ensure that the criteria for the refusal of the application are met.
The minimum processing time intimated by the Belgium Embassy is 13-14 working days. However, the processing time may vary if something extraordinary is observed in the Visa Application.
A Schengen Visa entitles you to travel in the entire Schengen Zone. However, in your case, you are required to apply for Belgium Schengen Visa, since you will be staying most of the time in Belgium.
The UK residents of specific nationalities holding UK Residence Permit are required to apply for a Belgium Visa in order to enter Belgium. However, if you are a British citizen, then you can visit Belgium & Schengen countries even without a  Belgium Schengen Visa.
The validity of the Belgium Visa granted by the Belgium Consulate is 90 days.
Apply for Visa
