The fees submitted to Belgium visa for appointment booking or for visa consultation is fully non-refundable. We will not be held responsible for the visa processing time and rejection. However, we try our best that adequate documentation is submitted and the correct procedure is followed by our clients during application submission. The visa processing time and visa rejection are at the sole discretion of the visa centre.
The appointment booking charges paid to Belgium visa and the visa fees paid to the visa centre are two separate terms and cannot be used interchangeably; The Belgium visa withholds all the rights to raise its charges with or without prior notice.
We reserve all the rights for case acceptance, service providing, and agreement termination; we also hold the rights for non-acceptance of a particular visa case. In the case of acceptance, we ensure that the documentation, procedure and policy requirements are adequately complied by our clients while submitting the visa application to the visa centre.
You are free to terminate your agreement with us at any time; subject to the entitlement of fee for the efforts made by us. No refund will be made after making an appointment.
The fee is different for booking an appointment in the normal time slot and express time slots.
Appointment once scheduled can be changed/cancelled or re-scheduled at any moment.
The application processing time is at the sole discretion of the visa centre; neither we can accelerate the process nor do we hold the authority to influence the visa centre to do the same.
Appointment rescheduling is subjected to the payment of additional fees; if the applicant fails to attend the interview on the appointment date we do not guarantee a next day appointment. In such a case, a fresh application has to be processed.
No documents have to be furnished by post or in person at our billing address at the time of requesting appointment booking. If you do so, without prior information to our customer support staff then we will not be responsible for accepting any courier.
We will not be held responsible for any loss incurred regarding the travel arrangements or accommodation booking. We are also not liable for any consequential losses claims arising due to non arrival of visa at the time of scheduled date of travel.
Our refund policy:

The application fee is nonrefundable and will not be refunded or returned under any circumstances.
Once the appointment is booked then we are unable to offer you any refund because that appointment could not be used for any other applicant.
