The Visa On Web Form with the bar code will be available once the applicant completes the registration via Visa On Web. It will be the only Application Form that will be accepted. The Belgium Visa Applicant is required to fill, sign & submit Online Belgium Visa Application Form.
The Belgium Visa applicant is required to present a valid, signed passport (Original) issued in less than 10 years from the date of application. Colored copy of the page stating applicant’s personal details & photograph should be submitted. It should be valid for at least 3 months beyond the date of return from Belgium and contain at least 2 blank ‘Visa’ pages.
The applicant is required to attach 2 Colored Passport size photographs to the Visa Application Form with a paper clip. The photographs should be taken on white background & display all the facial characteristics of the applicant. Photographs should be recent & not older than 3 months from the date of application.
UK residents holding UK residence Permit & willing to travel to Belgium for leisure or business are required to obtain Belgium Visa prior traveling to Belgium. The British Residence Permit should be presented at the visa centre. The permit should be valid for the period of 3 months after the intended date of departure from Belgium/ the Schengen area.
The Applicant is required to present proof of sufficient means of sustenance to support the entire stay in Belgium (Copy):
The applicant is required to present documents indicating the purpose of journey (e.g. Travel itinerary and confirm travel bookings like confirmation of the reservation of an organized trip or any other substantiating document to indicate the travel program envisaged). The documents should bear applicant’s name & correct dates of travel to & from Belgium.
The Applicant is required to present documents relating to accommodation ( e.g. In case of stay in hotel, guesthouse etc. – a document from the establishment confirming the accommodation offered or other substantiating document indicating the type of accommodation envisaged) at the visa centre.
In case, applicant’s stay is sponsored by a resident of Belgium (a friend or a relative), then an original “Attestation Accursed” should be presented, which should cover the entire period of stay in Belgium.
